We do not promise pie-in-the-sky dreams to inventors and innovators for services in the future; nor do we charge money up-front. We work on a shared risk-reward model with the entrepreneur, securing a national average level of options in the new company ranging from between 12 to 20%. During the early stages, once funding is secured, we charge a minimal commercialisation fee of up to £7k, depending on the level of investment required. All our fees are stated openly and there are no hidden charges.

Development Process

We provide a clear process of development from initial concept to winning, market-ready product, with the inventor and the product at the centre of business. Decisions are made around what’s best for the product and business as a whole, guided by an established corporate network with years of experience in the consumer, medical devices, telecommunications, and industrial sectors. Our philosophy is product-driven innovation combined with open and collaborative, client-centred commercialisation.

We  present a comprehensive, process-led strategy to entrepreneurs and innovators, furnishing them with a systematic five-stage approach to the identification, development, and the launch of new products.

Each project we take on advances through a series of defined decision points, or gates, at which critical assessments are made, before the concept proceeds to the next stage. The initial stage consists of validating the potential of the product, with the second point helping to provide a vital business model, and define conditions for funding. At stage three a prototype is built and market testing is undertaken. By step four partners are preparing for full product launch, with marketing and operational plans given a final review. Step five completes production and commences the launch of the product, along with marketing, operational, and sales strategies, and the description of future growth plans for the business. Within these five distinct stages of product development, clients are provided with a robust framework within which to plan the commercialisation process, and monitor and regulate progress.
